1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SaleviaCon, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

SaleviaCon provides a WhatsApp commerce operating system that includes order management, cart recovery, loyalty programs, customer reviews, team inbox, and analytics features.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must be a business entity or individual authorized to use WhatsApp Business services.

4. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SaleviaCon for any illegal purpose, spam, harassment, or to violate Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

SaleviaCon's platform, branding, and technology are our intellectual property. You retain ownership of your store data and customer information.

7. Limitation of Liability

SaleviaCon is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect damages arising from use of the service, including lost profits or data breaches caused by third-party actions.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your data will be exported or deleted as per your instructions within 30 days.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Lahore, Pakistan.
